Rode my Specialized Hard Rock Mountain Bike in the Cow Town Century today, finishing 97-miles on my odometer in 6:26:11.

70-mile bike ride to Denton and back with Kingman.  Long day in the saddle, 7 hours.

Village Creek Awarded EPA Award

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Awarded at Village Creek, as we were today recognized as the best large advanced wastewater treatment plant in the country, and awarded the National EPA Operations and Maintenance Award of Excellence.

Arlington Winter Run , 10km, with Rev King.  We finished in 55:25, maintaining an 8:30 pace until mile 4.5, whereas Kingman bonked badly on the bridge.

Mid-Cities "Badder" Half-Marathon, finished in 1:46:42. 

Folks called tonight to give me the sad news that our old beagle "Chico" passed. 

Bedford Chili Trot 10km.  Completed the race in 42:45.  McVic and the Rev King ran as well.

Mountain Bike Ride to Trinity Park, 55-miles.  Gang included the Rev King, Fergon and McVic. 

Mountain Bike ride to Lake Grapevine with the Rev King, 25-miles in 2:10:43.
