The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Awarded at Village Creek, as we were today recognized as the best large advanced wastewater treatment plant in the country, and awarded the National EPA Operations and Maintenance Award of Excellence.

Arlington Winter Run , 10km, with Rev King.  We finished in 55:25, maintaining an 8:30 pace until mile 4.5, whereas Kingman bonked badly on the bridge.

Mid-Cities "Badder" Half-Marathon, finished in 1:46:42. 

Folks called tonight to give me the sad news that our old beagle "Chico" passed. 

Bedford Chili Trot 10km.  Completed the race in 42:45.  McVic and the Rev King ran as well.
