Ran the first section of Savoy Mountain with Dusty (from North Pond Recreational Area to Upper East Hoosic Street crossing and back) for a great 10-mile run.

Ran Mt Greylock with Dusty for 9-miles in 1:48:16.

For this Savoy Mountain 20-Mile Trail Race, I was much more confident and improved.  I finished in 3:06:57. 

DL, Dusty and I navigated around South Pond and Tyler Swamp today, enjoying our stay at the Savoy Mountain State Forest Campground.

DL, Dusty and I drove out to Savoy Mountain State Forest for three-days of camping and relaxation.  We placed the canoe in North Pond to try our luck with the stocked trout but only caught small pout (Bullhead).

Last day of our camping trip, we made the most of it as DL, Dusty and I managed to hike up the Indian Trail to the saddle between Clark and Todd Mountains.

Rain throughout the night upon our tent, but we stayed dry enough in the Mohawk Trail State Forest's large, tall white pine.   

Drove into Shelbourne Falls to run the Bridge of Flowers 10km (42:13), and we swam in the Glacial Potholes at Salmon Falls afterward.

During the early evening we put the canoe in the Deerfield River and spent a couple peaceful hours paddling.

Western Massachusetts camping trip with DL and Dusty, at Mohawk Trail State Forest in Charlemont.

Drove out to Savoy Mountain State Forest to hike with DL and Dusty.  We climbed Borden Mountain (Tower 51) and visited Tannery Falls.

For the Mount Greylock Half-Marathon Trail Race.

I completed the race in 1:52:13, which placed me in 19th position.

Cummington Ambulance Chase 10km Trail Race.

I finished in 42:18, in 19th place.

Drove back to Connecticut from our vacation on Peak's Island, Maine.
