With RunSteveo, somewhere near Fitchburg.  

Managed a 56:40 despite getting lost in the beginning.

Once I caught RunSteveo, I tailed it in with him.

Heublein Tower Run I

Long run through Penwood and Talcott Mountain area.

Completed 16.5-miles in 2:51:25 with cool temperatures and light rain.

I placed 20th overall in the half-marathon, 1:50:17.

Vermont City Marathon

May 28, 1995 - Burlington, Vermont

I achieved my Boston Qualifier today at Vermont City in Burlington, Vermont.  I was able to dip under the age group setpoint of 3:10 with a 3:08:00.

At two-miles I was at 16:40, which was pretty far off my necessary 7:15 per mile to achieve the sub 3:10 finish time.  This means I ran 7:05 pace for the final 24.2-miles.

Dropped Dusty at Folks, getting ready for an attempt at qualifying for the 100th Boston Marathon.

Soapstone Mountain Half-Marathon Trail Race

Finished in 1:52:58, about 3-minutes slower than last year, but I picked up several places to end up 23rd or 24th overall or so.

It was a warm 80-degree day,  I walked up Soapstone the second time, as my time wasn't good enough to push it.

 Trail Run with Dusty at Shenipsit State Forest, 41:04 along 4-miles.

Metacomet, Phelps North with Dusty for 3.5-miles.

Adams visit to celebrate Mother's Day.

Rambled on Greylock for 17-miles, completed in 3:21:45.

No Dusty for this one.
