Unbelievable race for me, 6th place overall in 2:54:19.

Felt like I was flying the entire second half of the race.

Ran the Soapstone Half-Marathon route today in 2:14:03.

The 13.8-miles went well, no flies and basically cool temperatures.

DL didn't wait to fill "Louie's" empty cage, she picked up two new cockatiels today. 

Our cockatiel "Louie" died today.  We inherited him from my Sister and Cool Cat a while ago, and enjoyed his company a great deal. I believe he was with us at least 3-years, and lived for 6 or so previously.  "Louie" loved to eat popcorn with me...  I'll miss him.

My second attempt at the Escarpment 30km Trail Race.

Very hot and sunny today.  Felt bad climbing Blackhead, horrible climbing Stoppel Point.

This time, improved to completed the event in 36th place with a time of 3:42:42.

My second try at the Cummington Ambulance Chase 10km Trail Race - 46:38 for the 6.2-miles, slower than last year but after the twenty-miles yesterday I'll take it.  Runsteveo participated as well.

Long Training Run on the road, from Home to Route 10/202 and Route 20 intersection in Granby, on a very humid and then hot day.
