Fat Ass Fifty
January 7th, 1996 - North Adams, Massachusetts

I participated in the annual "Fat Ass 50" in North Adams, Massachusetts.  It consisted of many loops on the road, on a cold, gray day, as well as a pretty bad snowstorm on the drive home.  I believe I finished the run in 5:32:35, for 50k.

This was my 8th marathon completed.

Pop and Bill D finished 20-miles in 3:36:00.

Temperature was at 4 degrees for the event.

Another trip to Adams, with both a nice visit with my folks as well as some snowshoe exploring.

This was a 15-miles venture with Dusty, completed in 3:41:27.

We covered snowmobile corridor paths, along Banis, Chapel, Tannery, Adams, Tower and a final go at Banis Roads before calling it a day.
