Nipmuck Trail Marathon

June 6th, 2010 - Ashford, Connecticut

Completed my 8th Nipmuck Marathon today, as well as my 46th overall marathon.

I finished in a respectable 5:07:28, good for 34th place overall.

Another drive out to Granville State Forest with Tippi to explore a bit.

Drove back out to the Barkhamsted Area, to connect Granville State Forest with Tunxis State Forest.

Tippi was along for the ramble, and a lenghy one it was!

Running in Williamsburg and Goshen, with Tippi.

Run with Tips from Granville State Forest down to North Hollow, and back.

Wrap up to the 2010 season, I managed 9th of 35 racers.

13th Annual Hawley Kiln "Notch" 4.6-Mile Snowshoe Race
March 7th, 2010 - Dubuque State Forest - Hawley, MA

Another organizing effort, this time for a Notch version.  61 finishers in the race, I brought up the rear once again.  Ended, as usual, at South Face Farm Sugarhouse to semi-close out the season.
