My Pop and I got out early with Tippi to mark the Savoy Mtn 11 & 22 mile trail race.  We finished around 5:30 for 11-miles.

Another trip to Tunxis State Forest, this time to run harder than normal.  Set up something a bit over 6-miles to attempt to blow the system out.  Tippi hung in really well.
