Breakfast with TC & MC in Plymouth.

Drove to Clinton, Mass to visit with Chris, Chloe and Jessica (and the animals).  

Enjoyed a nice lunch in Clinton with the gang.

End of day, drive back to Connecticut.

Old Marathon News...

I was fortunate to run the 100th Boston Marathon on this day in 1996. 

It was my 10th marathon completed, in a time of 3:24:14.

Early morning visit to explore Granville, prior to work.  Finished 4.5-miles. 

Fourth visit for acupuncture at Healing Ways Acupuncture & Herbal Medicine.

 Exploring Granville around Sweetman Mountain for 5.3-miles.

1st Return to the Suffield 5km Course, and first "hard" pace since the ankle and Achilles issues.
