"Where Has the Time Gone"

Day After Hurricane Debby 12-miles

Granville around the Reservoir to push a bit and try to cover 10 - 13 miles at a steady pace.

Managed 12-miles, with an average of 4-mph overall, and 4.5-mph "running".

Up to about mile 8 things were moving along well, but a combination of a little fatigue and rough trails knocked me back a bunch,  All an all, a great run on mostly awesome trails.
